We are a small, friendly, family run B&B in a 16th Century farmhouse, with a wealth of oak beams and large inglenook fireplaces in the kitchen and dining room, in which we have log fires in the winter.

 Cooked breakfasts are served from 7 a.m to 9.30 a.m – toast and cereals available at other times.

  We are only 5 minutes from Gatwick airport (but we are not in the flight path – yet).

The rooms are comfortable, with beverage trays and colour TV's. Holiday parking is available locally and overnight parking available on site for guests. Excellent public houses and restaurants are nearby.
